What I enjoy most about my work

I have worked at The Retreat since 2014 and still feel it is a privilege to work alongside so many skilled and talented people for such a wonderful old organisation. My main aim in my role as Chief Officer is to ensure we offer high quality services through care, compassion and community focused approaches.
